The Williams Committee announces a new procedure for applications and registrations

The Williams Committee announces a new procedure for applications and registrations.  Beginning with the 2017 John R. Williams Invitational, the following teams will earn exemptions into the event:

  • Championship Division:  Top 16 teams (and ties) from the past 2 JRWs
  • Championship Division:  Past Champion Teams (last 10 years)
  • Senior Division:  Top 4 teams (and ties) from the past 2 JRWs
  • Senior Division:  Past Champion Teams (last 5 years)

To register as an exempt team, your team must be identical to the team that secured the exemption.  You may click on the EXEMPTIONS tab at the top to confirm if your team is exempt for 2017.  No individual exemptions are being granted.  Exempt teams may click on the appropriate tab above to register for the 2017 Williams. You will receive confirmation of your registration and appropriate payment information at that time.

All non-exempt teams may apply for the 2017 Williams by clicking on the appropriate tab.

As has been our tradition, our written event brochure and application information will mailed to those on our contact and email lists in early April.  Beginning with the 2018 John R. Williams Invitational, event information will be sent ONLY via email and ONLY to those on our email list.  If you are unable to compete in 2017, but wish to remain on our email list, please click the JOIN OUR EMAIL LIST above.
